Global Sourcing & Trading Today, Lemna Food is a leading figure in the frozen fish import sector. Through our trading division, we source over 15,000 tons of industrial frozen fish annually from premier origins, including Seychelles, Ghana, Ivory Coast, South Korea, and China.

State-of-the-Art Production Located in Western Mazandaran, Northern Iran, our factory spans 10,000 square meters with 3,000 square meters of modern production facilities. We specialize in processing Yellowfin and Skipjack oceanic tuna. By utilizing the “Sea Frozen in Brine” method and avoiding added industrial salt, we ensure the natural texture, taste, and freshness of the catch are perfectly preserved.

Infrastructure & Quality Control To guarantee cold chain integrity, our facility features a dual-purpose cold storage unit (1,500-ton capacity at -20°C) directly adjacent to the production hall. This infrastructure allows for the immediate transfer of raw materials to the processing line, ensuring strict adherence to international sanitary standards.
